Janet was a co-founder of Randall & Pobar, LLC in 2012. She retired on November 1, 2020 to enjoy traveling and spending more time with her family, after more than 30 years as a trusted financial advisor. We are pleased that she will become our newest advisory board member.
Janet’s passion for ensuring her clients pursuit of their financial goals through sound investment planning and management remains a goal of the firm. She spent time getting to know clients, taking into account all aspects of their current lifestyle and future goals, to help collectively develop their personalized financial plan. We are committed to doing the same.
She remains active in the community by serving as a member of the board of directors of the Racine Art Museum and the UW-Parkside Foundation. She has previously served as a board member of the Racine Arts Council, Big Sisters of Greater Racine, Junior League, Girl Scouts of Racine County and the Racine Children’s Theatre.
Here is an excerpt from the retirement announcement Janet shared with her clients:
“Let me begin by saying it has been an honor and a privilege to work with you during my years in the financial services industry. Some of you began this journey with me at Invest Financial at Johnson Bank. I cannot express how much that has meant to me. I feel extremely fortunate to have had a satisfying career working with such wonderful clients. Although I will truly miss working with you, I am retiring on November 1, 2020 and will be passing the baton on to my partner, Michele Randall, who will acquire my business as of that date. She is a Certified Financial Planner professional and has years of experience and success. Michele and I have collaborated on your investments over the years and the transition will be seamless. We became business partners because we shared the values and passion for client care. I can retire confident that I am leaving you in the best hands…
…It has been a pleasure to work with you over the years. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart as I start my new adventure.”
